VENOMIZED #5 SANDOVAL 1:25 VARIANT (MARVEL) – It’s not very often when a brand new 1:25 jumps to the height that this variant is at right now.  At $80 (and climbing) it’s hard to say where this will stop.

AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #798 2^NDPRINT (MARVEL) – This 2^ndprint is still holding at $12 shipped despite a small flood of copies hitting eBay.

EXILES #2 RODRIGUEZ 1:10 VARIANT (MARVEL) – Sales have slowed for this variant.  You can buy a copy for $15, yet none have actually sold since May 1st. 

LADY DEATH UNHOLY RUIN #1 MENDOZA 1:10 VARIANT (COFFIN COMICS) – Mendoza’s LADY DEATH sketch cover has almost dried up.  There’s only one copy left for $40.  It will most likely get it.

MARVEL RISING #0 (MARVEL) – For a free promotional comic, there really aren’t as many copies listed as you would think.  However, sales have almost stopped, with the exception of a few multiple copy lots selling for $20-$30.  With the first appearance of Ember Quad, this is still worth holding.

MEGA MAN MASTERMIX #2 1:10 RI HUANG HOMAGE VARIANT (UDON) – Cheap copies are officially gone.  Recent copies have sold for $30.  You can currently buy a copy for $40.

SONIC THE HEDGEHOG #4 HESSE 1:25 VARIANT (IDW) – Sonic can’t keep up the speed to move this forward.  It’s dropping.  Recent sales were for $30.

CODA #1 (OF 12) 1:25 STOKELY VIRGIN VARIANT (BOOM)– This virgin variant is selling for ratio and even a little more in recent sales.

RED SONJA TARZAN #1 ADAM HUGHES 1:50 VIRGIN VARIANT (DYNAMITE)– After everyone commented that this version of Red Sonja looks like Peggy Bundy, it’s really hard to not see that.  Recent sales have been fairly warm at $45 & $54.  However, copies are drying up on eBay and one auction is already passing ratio with 4 days left.  Never underestimate a Hughes cover nor his fan base.

ACTION COMICS SPECIAL #1 (DC)

ALIEN TOILET MONSTERS #1 (OMNIMORPHIC) – I can’t tell you how many people reached out to me asking about this title.  It has a September 2017 date and has had plenty of sales over the past 6 months.  It’s confusing why it was released this week. There’s also a Nerd Block variant of the b cover (which has a Nerd Block logo at the top) that’s doing the best.  Regardless, I heard so much about this book that I ordered a copy.

AVENGERS #1 (MARVEL)– With such a big print run and numerous variants, there’s really no surprise to why these variants are only selling for about half of ratio.  You can get the Ribic 1:50 variant for $15.  The 1:100 is available for $50, though it should drop even more.

DEATH OR GLORY #1 (IMAGE)– Remender is awesome. Unfortunately, these are only selling for cover right now.

DEATHSTROKE #31 (DC)– I’m loving these virgin-ish variants.

HUNT FOR WOLVERINE WEAPON LOST #1 (OF 4) (MARVEL)– The Nauck “Where’s Wolverine” cover is pretty cool.

MIKE WOLFERS GALLERY OF MONSTERS #1 (AMERICAN MYTHOLOGY)

NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS ZEROS JOURNEY #1 (TOKYO POP)– I’m actually surprised that these aren’t moving at all.  NIGHTMARE fans buy everything.

SHERLOCK HOLMES VANISHING MAN #1 (DYNAMITE)

SPAWN #285 (IMAGE)– When I saw these on my LCS’s shelf, I got really excited to see the half blank copy as I though I found an error copy. I then realized that it was just another variant.  Regardless, these are awesome covers despite only selling for cover.

STAR TREK TNG THROUGH THE MIRROR #1 1:100 VARIANT (IDW)– On Wednesday, Midtown was selling this 1:100 for $17.99.  That seemed like a great deal when one copy sold for $70. Then, as quickly as it shot up, it dropped all the way down to $19.99.  Ouch.
