Two Books and a Mystery

Hello my fellow agents.

It’s been a good week in the field. It’s funny how cyclical the process is. Up, down, up, down. Not clockwork, but when you have a store that keeps thousands of graphic novels in stock persistence always pays off.

Red Lanterns Volume 4

First up is Red Lanterns volume 4. It sells consistently at over twice cover. The funny thing is I see it also sell at retail on eBay. But, when it does a few days later you see it go for $40. Keep an eye out in the wild and online for this one. People are not aware that this volume didn’t go into reprint.

It contains Red Lanterns #21 26, and Green Lantern Annual #2.

Watchmen Limited Edition (Graphitti Designs)

Next up is Watchmen Limited Edition. I swear to you. If you keep your eyes open you can find treasures like this at used books stores. It collects the classic 12 issue Watchmen story by masters Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons. This beautiful slipcase edition published in partnership with Graphitti Designs was Limited to 1,000 copies. I bought it for $8.50!

The last book up is a secret.

No, I’m not kidding you. I want you to guess.

I’m doing this for two reasons. First, I still have this one up for sale. I was sure that it would go by now, but no. I don’t want to be accused of the old pump and dump!

Second, I think that it will be fun. I’ve never done this in an article before. I will even give you a hint.

How do you find the answer?

Leave your answer in the comments below.

That’s all for this week my friends. I leave you with a mystery.

Good luck out there.
